We want to ensure that all staff have access to education that is relevant, timely and relatable to the work they do everyday.
The health and well-being of our people is our top priority! At South Country Village we are proud to support our team in their calling to serve. In additional to financial and health wellness that our retirement savings and benefits provides we have an on-site Chaplain available for team member counselling if required. This confidential counselling is available for team members who experience difficulty in a resident passing or even experience challenges or obstacles in their personal lives. Our Chaplain is always available to listen and provide uplifting words.

On a daily basis, our team works to demonstrate our commitment to each other, our residents and the larger community through high quality care and supports. South Country Village partners with local post-secondary institutions including Medicine Hat College, and Academy of Learning, along with universities and colleges in Lethbridge and Calgary to provide learning opportunities for future health care professionals.
